Our athletic development program is a 501(c)3 non-prophet organization that provides training, sports participation, mentoring, and family assistance to underprivileged, foster, and unhoused youth in Southern California.
Dr. Charles Trembley is a board-certified psychophysiologist and exercise scientist specializing in human performance. As a coach, professor, and researcher, Charles is actively involved in the assessments and development of world-class athletes. Charles has over 30 years of experience in the field and has personally trained multiple world champions. Dr. Charles offers a unique combination of education, certifications, and expertise to clients seeking to improve their physical and mental performance and compete at the highest levels. "Sports performance is a science, but applying this science is an art." I know there are a lot of online fitness coaches to choose from. I would love to help you with your fitness and health journey. I am committed to the idea that everyone deserves a coach that not only possesses the education and experience necessary to guide them to the best results but who cares to give their best every day. My unique education includes a Ph.D. in Human Performance Psychophysiology, a Master's in Sport and Exercise Science, and the following certifications: Performance enhancement Specialist, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sports Nutrition, and Group Exercise. I also have certificates in Medical Neuroscience, Neuroimaging, Abnormal Psychology, Advanced Neurobiology, and Sports-Related Concussion Protocol. Understanding how we, as humans, think and function is critical to obtaining the best possible results. After all, everything starts with the brain. This philosophy has helped my clients achieve extraordinary success while enjoying the journey.

Do you provide fitness programs for beginners?
Yes, I love helping those get started with their fitness journey. Having an experienced and highly educated coach can make all the difference.
How will my program be delivered?
Once you purchase a program and download the Dr. Charles app, your workouts will appear in an easy-to-follow format with video demonstrations to help you correctly perform each movement. Feel free to message me through the app with any questions about your workouts, nutrition, or health recommendations.
Do you offer in person training?
Yes, I offer in-person training in Southern California. I work with several elite athletes in person and have a youth athletic development program, but I am happy to work with anyone looking to maximize their health and fitness results.
Are your programs month to month?
Yes, all of my programs are month-to-month. However, it is my job to motivate you to be successful. So, I offer a three-month prepaid special at a discounted rate. This way, we commit to working together and developing a plan that will maximize your results.
Are you available for seminars?
Yes, I offer train the trainer, strength & conditioning, and corrective exercise educational seminars both in-person and virtual. In addition, I'll be able to develop a fitness, nutrition, or human performance course that fits your needs.
